NutriDyn D3 5000 120 Softgels

Public Health England (PHE) have stated that everyone should consider taking a Vitamin D supplement through autumn and winter and those who do not get adequate amounts of sun exposure in spring/summer should also consider taking one all year.

NutriDyn’s D3 5000 contains 5000 IU of vitamin D3 in the most bioavailable form in a softgel. Vitamin D contributes to:

Ingredients

Safflower oil, olive oil, Capsule: Gelatine, glycerine, Vitamin D (as cholecalciferol)

Directions for Adults

Take one softgel daily with food.  Do not exceed recommended intake.  Food supplements should not be used as a substitute for a varied, balanced diet and healthy lifestyle.

Storage

Store in a cool, dry place.

Warning

Do not take if pregnant or breastfeeding.  It is highly recommended that serum 25 (OH) and 1,25 (OH) 2-vitamin D be monitored every 60-90 days to ensure levels remain in the acceptable range. Keep out of sight and reach of young children
