A supplement containing 2500IU (62.5μg) vitamin D3 which is derived from lichen. Vitamin D contributes to the normal function of the immune system, normal muscle function and the maintenance of normal blood calcium levels. It also contributes to the maintenance of normal teeth, bones and muscle function.

Use
As a food supplement for adults, take one capsule daily with food.
