Ingredients:
Thyme 20%, Elderflower 20%, Peppermint 20%, Plantain Leaves 15%, Yarrow 10%, Rosehips 10%, Cayenne Seeds 5%
Traditional Use:

Thyme – traditionally used for its cleansing and antiseptic properties.

Elderflowers – traditionally used to support the immune system and promote relaxation.

Peppermint – traditionally used to ease tension, support digestion, and promote healthy sweating.

Yarrow – traditionally used to aid toxin elimination and support the skin and circulation.
How to Use:
This loose herbal blend offers the same comprehensive formulation as our Congestion sachets, with flexible brewing options.

Use 1 heaped teaspoon per cup, or 3 teaspoons per day.

Place in a teapot, large mug, or flask.

Add boiling water (at least 1 pint if preparing a full daily dose).

Allow to steep for 10–15 minutes, then strain.

Drink throughout the day (hot or cold) for maximum benefit.
