Vitamin E is a family of related compounds called tocopherols and tocotrienols, all working in complementary ways. There are four tocopherols and four tocotrienols. Most vitamin E supplements contain only alpha-tocopherol, the best known member of the family. This supplement contains the whole spectrum of vitamin E forms as they occur in nature, for maximum effect.

How to take it
Take 1 capsule daily with food, or as recommended by a practitioner.
