A high potency vitamin B6 (as active P-5-P or pyridoxal 5 phosphate) supplement, delivering 50mg of P5P per 2 capsules

Vitamin B6 is a vital nutrient that supports energy metabolism, nervous system function, homocysteine metabolism, detoxification and hormone balance.

Poor diet, alcohol, stress, high levels of activity, and the need to recover and repair increase our daily need for B vitamins. As water-soluble nutrients, B vitamins aren’t stored in the body, so they must be replenished regularly to maintain optimal levels.

Provided as the 'active' form of B6 P-5-P or pyridoxal 5 phosphate, which is ready for body to use for increased effectiveness (vs the cheaper pyridoxine form that is sometimes used in supplements).

Can be used in addition to a Multi or B Complex to add increased levels of B6 for nervous system or hormone support in particular.

How to take it

Take 1 capsule twice daily with food, or as directed by a practitioner.

Anti-caking agent (microcrystalline cellulose, ascorbyl palmitate), capsule shell (hydroxypropyl methylcellulose), vitamin B6 (as pyridoxal-5-phosphate).

Contraindications:
Do not exceed the recommended daily intake. Food supplements should not be used as a substitute for a varied and balanced diet and healthy lifestyle. Long-term daily use of 50mg or more of vitamin B6, may lead to mild tingling and numbness. If you are taking any medication, consult a doctor before use.
