Cytoplan Super B Extra: 60 Tablets

Multivitamin and mineral formula with a focus on B-complex vitamins, in a gentle and bio-effective food form. Super B Extra also contains trace minerals, including selenium, magnesium and iodine, and can be taken on its own or at a lower dose alongside another multivitamin and mineral to boost nutrient levels.

Super B Extra provides nutrients in a food base of inactive Lactobacillus bulgaricus - a native and friendly bacterial inhabitant of the human digestive tract - in an easy to swallow, small tablet form.

How to take it
2-4 tablets daily, or a lower dose if combined with another multi, or take as directed by a practitioner.

Ingredients
Inactivated Lactobacillus bulgaricus combined with magnesium citrate, sodium molybdate (providing molybdenum), vitamin B6 (as pyridoxine Hcl), vitamin B5 (pantothenic acid), inositol, zinc citrate, vitamin B2 (riboflavin), ferrous fumarate (providing iron), potassium iodide (providing iodine), vitamin B1 (as thiamin Hcl), chromium III chloride, manganese chloride, folic acid (as folate), vitamin B12 (as cyanocobalamin), beta carotene combined with carrot concentrate, inactivated Saccharomyces cerevisiae (combined with selenium), para-aminobenzoic acid (PABA), vitamin B3 (as niacinamide), choline and biotin, citrus bioflavonoids, stearic acid, silicon dioxide, Plant cellulose (capsule shell), sodium carboxymethyl cellulose.

Suitable for:
Vegetarians, vegans and people with Candida and yeast sensitivities.
