As a member of the Apiaceae family, a close relation of parsley and carrot, Gotu Kola is found in many asian dishes including Sambol. The infusion is mild to slightly bitter but has no aroma. It is a natural partner to lemon balm, green tea or ginseng.
Ingredients:

Directions:
Add a quarter to half teaspoon to taste to hot water or any beverage of your choice and stir.
Storage:
Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight and heat
