Aquasol Ashwagandha is best stirred into hot milk or plant milk. It makes a malty infusion with earthy undertones. Some like to sweeten it with a little honey or add cardamon for extra aroma.
Ingredients:
Ashwagandha root
Directions:
Add a half teaspoon to taste, to hot milk, water or any liquid beverage of your choice and stir.
Storage:
Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight and heat
